Mr. Fowler is an Associate member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and London. A chartered insurer of repute, he holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo Lagos in 1982 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, Oyo State. An astute and accomplished professional grounded in the basics of insurance underwriting and marketing. He started his insurance career in 1982 with Guinea Insurance Plc after his NYSC with the company and has worked as manager in various branches and departments, where he had considerable training and wide exposure in all facets of insurance management, covering Strategic areas of Underwriting, Claims, Administration, Reinsurance, Marketing and Management before he left as Senior Manager to join Amicable Assurance Plc in the capacity as Assistant General Manager in charge of Technical and Marketing operations from 2001 to August 2004. He was with Precious Trust Insurers Ltd. as the General Manager (Life & General Business Operations) between September 2004 and February 2007, and at present the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO. Being well traveled, the company taps from his wealth of experience and exposure as he strives day and night to locate business opportunities for the company to harness in non-stipendiary status.

The Company was incorporated in August 2005 as Private Liability Company by shares under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with registration number RC634273. The Company has branches, which are strategically located to cover the entire country ensuring closeness to our mutual individual and corporate clients.

We retain top-class private hospitals where medical facilities are provided for staff and their immediate families at the company’s expense. A Contributory Pension Fund Scheme in line with the Pension Reform Act 2004 exists for employees of the company.
